Step One is Your Personal Club Tour & Orientation

Your appointment is the first step to beginning an exercise routine and positive self-change.  This appointment to view the club will be booked with one of our Membership Services Representatives (MSR). A MSR will provide you with all the information regarding our club facilities, policies, fitness classes and membership options.  This meeting will give you the opportunity to see our club and everything it has to offer.  We have a variety of cardiovascular equipment, weight equipment, group training classes, circuit training center, squash leagues and tournaments. 

What sets us part from other clubs is our level of professionalism and the comfortable atmosphere felt within our club.  We pride ourselves in knowing all our members on a first name basis and we would like the opportunity to get to know you.  Book your appointment with one of our Membership Services Representatives today and see for yourself why the BAC is where you belong.

The Fitness Assessment

Every new member will receive a fitness evaluation by a certified Personal Trainer.  This is a great opportunity to find out exactly where you are starting from, what you may need to work on, how to achieve your goals and a hands on equipment orientation.

The fitness assessment includes an evaluation of your resting blood pressure, heart rate, weight, measurements, body composition, cardiovascular fitness, strength ability and flexibility.  This is a starting point and gives you something to compare with three months down the road.  Time will be spent on nutrition and developing healthy eating habits.  You will be given the opportunity to express your goals as they relate to fitness.  Your Personal Trainer will then summarize all the information and provide you with an overall plan to begin your successful exercise routine.

Personal Trainers Are Not Just For Celebrities
Our Personal Trainers can help anyone, regardless of physical condition or age. The first thing to do is decide what your goals are. Do you want to lose body fat? Do you want to increase muscle definition? Or do you just want to get in shape? Are you recovering from an injury and need to exercise? Do you want to improve your athletic performance?
Our Personal Trainers can help with all that and more! They will be your coach, role model, and educator that will customize a program to fit your needs, schedule and most important your budget. Some people may want to use a trainer several times a week while others may just want an occasional check-in with a trainer to get feedback. It's all up to you.
When you work with our trainers you will receive a personalized exercise program.  They will work to provide you with one-on-one attention to make sure you are using proper form; technique and that you get the most from your workout without getting injured. A trainer will motivate you and help you to stick with your program.

Squash Is For Everyone
We offer the opportunity to get children involved by offering a squash clinic and junior fitness programs organized by certified trainers.  Our squash program provides children with the opportunity to learn the rules and skills involved in the game of squash while having fun with their peers and family.
At the BAC we offer squash for everyone from the beginners to the more advanced players. With personalized lessons, programmed leagues and ladders anyone can learn the game of squash and get fit while they do it. We also offer a free ladies clinic, junior clinics as well as various mixed leagues and squash tournaments for all ages.

Membership Has It’s Privileges
Members of the BAC enjoy access to a relaxing whirlpool*, steam room* and sauna. The member lounge allows for a great cool down location, meeting space or a place to grab a fresh made sandwich & salad from our convenient lunch/dinner counter.
We understand that convenience is key, to further help make the BAC fit in your life we offer our members access to our hair salon, registered massage and athletic therapy which is all on site and appointments made with our friendly front desk staff.
